We’ve just released mobile app version 3.8.31 for iOS and 3.8.33 for Android. If you’ve already installed the Sync app, it will auto-update. If you haven’t installed Sync on your mobile device, you can do so by following these instructions.

What’s new?

FIXED: The goal is to restore the camera background upload with the mobile network.

  • Android 3.8.25, Camera Uploads failing
  • Fixed Android 3.8.24, where video files were only partially downloaded via the Mobile app and Web Panel.
